Electronics giant Samsung already seems to be working on the next generation of its flagship tablet lineup. This new lineup will succeed the current flagship tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6. It is possible that the company will simply call it the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7. It is also likely that the new line could also be rebranded as the Samsung Galaxy Tab S20. However, we are not sure about the final name the company has not revealed any information. Next-generation Samsung tablet to feature multiple display sizes; details

According to a report from SamMobile, it looks like Samsung will start offering two different display size options. It is likely that the company caved into the customer demands about the larger display on its tablets. Taking a closer look, the company is working on SM-T97x and SM-T87x models for the upcoming generation. One of the tablets will feature a 12.4-inch display and the other will sport an 11-inch display. In addition, we will get the usual Wi-Fi only and cellular options with both the models. For some context, the current Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 comes with a 10.5-inch display.

As per the report, the upcoming flagship tablet will feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC along with 5G connectivity. The company is also likely to feature a decent amount of RAM along with a larger battery and improved cameras. Unlike the Tab S6, the anticipated Tab S20 will feature Android 10-based One UI 2 out of the box.

Moving beyond the key hardware specifications and the software, the device is also expected to sport support for 25W charging. Samsung is planning to launch its next-generation tablet lineup “later this year”. Last but not the least, the device will come in three colors including Blue, Grey, and Brown.
